How can a strong mind, body, and breath connection lead to living more fully, happily, and compassionately
with oneself and others?
Even in class
settings, yoga is an individual experience and each time on the mat is unique. The body is different everyday. The
connection with breath and the challenges of the mind change each time the practice of yoga is engaged.
A yoga teacher there as a trained and knowledgeable guide. Paths
may be offered, but are only suggestions. Each student's experience is his or her own. Even young or inexperienced
yogis can attune themselves to their bodies, mind and breath to discover what is needed, what feels good, and how to meet
a challenge. As a student turns inward, listens and explores, his/her journey with yoga will unfold.
